- At least one Author’s registration per accepted paper must be received by the regular
registration deadline for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings
published in the Conference Program. - Partial refund (50%) for cancellation received by October 1st, 2016. No refund for cancellations received after this date, however substitutions are possible. All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
